The Township Board shall hold a public hearing on July 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Township Hall during a regular meeting of the Township Board to hear and consider comments and objections to the plans and cost estimates, the creation of the special assessment district designated herein, defraying some or all of the cost of the special assessment district including the cost of providing the Services by assessing such costs on the property to be benefited, except property exempt from the collection of taxes, and all other matters relating to the creation of the proposed special assessment district.
